Yes, 100%. Carrily uses a local SQLite database that lives only on your phone. We don't have servers, we don't track your activity, and we never collect your personal data.
No. The app is designed to work fully offline. You can create lists, add items, and check your history without any network connection. Internet is only needed if you want to download updates from the store.
Currently, Carrily is a local-only app to ensure maximum privacy and offline availability. Syncing is not available yet, as it would require cloud storage and user accounts.
A Global Product is a saved item that you can reuse across different lists. When you mark an item as "global," its name, image, and category will be suggested automatically when you create new items in the future.
You can set your local tax rate (VAT/IVA) in the app settings. When adding items, you can toggle "Include tax" per item. Carrily will then calculate the subtotal and tax amounts separately during the checkout process.
